Who We Are
Harp Services LLC is a minority-owned, small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and Black American-owned business registered for federal contract awards. We primarily provide food services and ground maintenance services to federal agencies. We have been actively engaged in federal contracting since 2023, demonstrating the ability to secure and execute contracts with both civilian and defense agencies.
We have been awarded several significant federal contracts in recent years. For the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Veterans Integrated Service Network 22, we provided food services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System’s Homeless Veteran’s Tiny Homes program. This includes a $1,262,483.59 firm-fixed-price delivery order to supply three meals per day for 140 veterans residing in tiny home shelters from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025.
We Have Experience
Additionally, HARP Services LLC was awarded a similar contract for the previous year, valued at $1,130,793.76, covering the period from June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. In a separate contract with the Department of the Army California Army National Guard, Harp Services LLC secured a $610,464.40 firm fixed price definitive contract for ground maintenance coverall services. This contract, running through September 15, 2028, involves the rental, delivery, cleaning, and repair/replacement of coveralls, jackets, and shop towels for 26 California Army National Guard maintenance facilities.
Harp Services LLC holds a significant federal contract IDV (Indefinite Delivery Vehicle) with the Department of Veterans Affairs VHA Veterans Integrated Service Network 22. This single-award, small business set-aside contract has a potential value of $6,180,738.15 over its 5-year period of performance from June 1, 2023, to May 31, 2028. Under this IDV, Harp Services LLC provides food services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System’s homeless veterans tiny homes program. The contract supports the VAGLAHS Care, Treatment, and Rehabilitative Services (CTRS) program, which offers healthcare, social services, and housing assistance to high-risk homeless veterans. Task orders under this IDV include the previously mentioned delivery orders for food services, demonstrating the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting veteran-focused initiatives through its federal contracting activities.
